I pride myself in the quality of materials and the work I do on each and every one of my pens.  These writing instruments have a lifetime warranty against defects in the hardware or wood and all working parts. This would NOT include ink refills.  Keeping it simple, if your pen is brand new or 10 years old and you have a problem with the workmanship of this instrument or a crack in the wood I will repair or replace at no charge to you other than shipping costs.   If your going to spend good money on a writing instrument, I want you to have it for a very long time.
